In an interview, Jackson called Bisping “one tough cookie,” describing him as one of the most challenging partners due to his relentless nature and perfectionism. He felt Bisping`s dedication pushed him to improve.
Jackson added that Bisping significantly improved his fighting skills and attitude, calling him an excellent training partner. Being on his team made Jackson reflect on his own dedication and strive for improvement.

During the height of his career, Jackson also trained with another notable athlete.
On one occasion, tensions escalated significantly during a training session, leading to an actual physical altercation between Jackson and the other fighter.
