Quinton `Rampage` Jackson`s most memorable KO was against Wanderlei Silva

Quinton Jackson and Wanderlei Silva engaged in an intense rivalry that spanned four separate fights.

Silva claimed victory in their first two encounters during the Pride FC era. This made Jackson`s third meeting with the Brazilian icon at UFC 92 a crucial moment – he simply couldn`t afford another loss.

Jackson has since stated that Silva harbored animosity towards him because Rampage wasn`t intimidated by him. Despite the previous results, Jackson entered the third fight fully confident he could finally achieve redemption.

And he did so decisively, landing a devastating left hook that rendered his arch-nemesis unconscious.

Rampage stated: “My favorite knockout was against Wanderlei Silva when I finally knocked him out in the UFC.”

When the pair eventually met for a fourth time, nearly a decade later under the Bellator banner at Bellator 206, Rampage secured another knockout win, finally evening their head-to-head record.
