EA Sports has released update v1.03 for F1 25 across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. This patch aims to fix various problems within the game. For instance, previously, faulty visual effects for light rain could mislead players, making wet tracks look dry – a significant issue in racing simulations.
Balancing adjustments were also implemented by EA. In Driver Career mode, the fictional teams Konnersport and APXGP were gaining excessive resources early in the season, providing them with an unfair edge over the real-world teams. Although existing saves won`t see points removed, their resource acquisition rates have been modified to align more fairly with other teams over time.
Players who experienced unexpected track limit penalties at the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium might find relief knowing their driving wasn`t necessarily the issue. Several trackside markers were incorrectly placed, suggesting more usable track area than was actually available. A comparable problem was identified and resolved at the Miami circuit. Both tracks also received improvements to their surface details, both on and off the asphalt.
