As the title `World`s Strongest Man` suggests, being hit by Eddie Hall is not a pleasant experience.
Eddie Hall, the legendary English strongman who nearly died attempting a deadlift record, continues to make history long after being crowned World`s Strongest Man in 2017.
Having retired from strongman competitions, Hall now takes on various challenges, including arm-wrestling and even fighting two opponents simultaneously in a cage, demonstrating his versatility.
After a previous exhibition bout, Hall is set for his first professional MMA fight this weekend at KSW 105, facing off against Mariusz Pudzianowski, a veteran of 26 fights and a five-time World`s Strongest Man.
Although the Polish fighter Pudzianowski has a significant experience advantage in MMA, Hall holds the edge in another crucial aspect: punching power.

Eddie Hall Claims His Punching Power Exceeds Alex Pereira and Francis Ngannou
The UFC Performance Institute has tested the punching power of numerous hard-hitting athletes using the PowerKube machine, which measures the force generated by a strike.
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou previously held the record for the world`s hardest punch, a mark later surpassed by over 60,000 units by former light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.
Around a year ago, Hall dramatically broke this record, registering a score of 208,901 units.
During a media interaction before his fight with Pudzianowski, Hall stated, “I set the world record for punching power. Although I`m not officially claiming it yet, I believe I have the hardest punch on the planet, based on the recording from the punch measuring machine at the UFC Institute.”
Eddie Hall Predicts Mariusz Pudzianowski Will Be Unable to Withstand His Punches
On Friday, Hall weighed in at a massive 334 lbs, making him the heaviest opponent Pudzianowski has ever faced.
Pudzianowski, in contrast, weighed 267 lbs, giving Hall a 67 lb weight advantage.
Fights in the super-heavyweight division often conclude with a decisive knockout, and the outcome of Hall vs. Pudzianowski could very well depend on who lands a significant blow first.
Despite having less MMA experience than his opponent, Eddie Hall is confident that the five-time World`s Strongest Man will be defeated by his power.
Hall commented, “If I land one of those punches on someone`s face, it doesn`t matter if it`s Mariusz or King Kong… they are getting knocked out.”
