The rivalry between Mike Perry and Darren Till continues to simmer, years after their initial UFC confrontation.
Mike Perry, currently a star in Bare Knuckle FC, and Darren Till, a former UFC title challenger, have a complex history. Their relationship has shifted from friendship to rivalry and intense animosity, though periods of mutual respect have also been observed.
Now outside of the UFC, the possibility of a fight between Till and Perry in boxing or MMA has become more, not less, likely. Perry has become a prominent figure in bare-knuckle boxing, while Till has found renewed success with two boxing victories.
Perry has repeatedly stated that Till has declined significant fight offers. He reiterated this claim recently, while awaiting his next BKFC fight.

Potential Dirty Boxing Match: Mike Perry vs. Darren Till?
During a recent interview, Perry reignited his dispute with Till.
“It frustrates me that Till would turn down a $2 million offer for a Bare Knuckle fight against me, only to then box Anthony Taylor for around $300,000,” Perry commented.
“Let’s make it happen. Darren Till versus Platinum Perry in Dirty Boxing under my banner.”
Till quickly responded online, and his reply was not conciliatory.
“I never declined, my friend,” Till stated. “I proposed a boxing match followed by a bare-knuckle fight. You and your manager did not follow up with my management, so the delay is on your side. If you are serious about fighting, I am ready,” Till affirmed. “You seem more focused on promotion currently, while I am training daily, focused, and struggling to find opponents. KSI is not answering, Tommy Fury is not answering, Jake Paul, same situation.”
“So, if you genuinely want this fight to happen, instruct your manager to contact Misfits, and we can organize this as a co-promotion.”
Till was scheduled to fight Tommy Fury earlier in the year at a Misfits Boxing event, but Fury withdrew. Till`s last fight was a victory against Anthony Taylor in a Misfits Boxing event in January.
Mike Perry in Discussions for Bare Knuckle FC Return Against UFC Hall of Famer
Amidst the renewed tensions with Till, Perry is reportedly in talks to face Robbie Lawler, a 2025 UFC Hall of Fame inductee, in a BKFC fight later this year. Lawler retired from MMA after a knockout victory over Niko Price at UFC 290.
Perry and Till have been hinting at a fight for years, dating back to their post-fight confrontation after Till`s victory over Donald Cerrone at a UFC Fight Night in 2018. Following Till’s recent win, Perry again called for a fight, but as of now, nothing is officially planned.
Perry also mentioned the possibility of facing Dillon Danis in an MMA fight after Danis’s original boxing opponent, KSI, withdrew from their scheduled match. Danis holds a 2-0 record in professional MMA.
The rivalry between Till and Perry persists, and it remains to be seen if a fight will actually happen. However, both fighters appear to be interested in making it a reality.
